The dashboard

This is where your team reviews matches, bans, and the players Claymore is watching. The game sends activity in. People here decide what it means.

Open app.useclaymore.com. Sign in with your username or your email, and your password. There is no other way in.

A new account needs a username, an email, and a password. If sign-up asks for a code from your email, enter that before you continue. Forgot the password? The sign-in page can reset it.

Projects

A project is one game or community. It has its own queue, its own bans, its own players, and its own team. The switcher at the top left shows the project you are in and your role on it. Pick another project there to move, or start one if you are allowed to.

You get a project in one of two ways:

  1. Start one. This takes an invite code from Claymore. Name the project. You become its owner.
  2. Join one. An owner or admin adds your email on Team. Sign up with that email, or sign in if you already have an account, and the project is waiting. Use Check again on the welcome screen if you were added while you were already signed in.

Someone without a project only sees the welcome screen. Overview, the queue, and players all need a project to belong to.

What you see

The sidebar is in the order the work happens: review first, then the team, then the controls an admin uses.

PageWhat it is for
OverviewHow many matches are waiting, active bans, players being checked, and the team’s decisions this week. The closest matches are listed so you can start there.
QueuePlayers who behave like someone banned, closest first. Open one, read both sides, and decide.
BansEveryone the team has banned. Alts sit with the original account. Unbanning one never changes the others.
PlayersSearch by username, display name, or a Roblox or Discord user ID. A player page has their record, their bans, and who else behaves like them.
TeamWho is on the project, and whether they can review, manage, or only look.
IntegrationConnect a game. For Roblox, follow the Roblox guide.
SettingsHow many matches the queue shows, how close behavior must be, when the nightly check runs, how long player data is kept, and whether bans are applied in the game.
RunsWhether the nightly check finished, and how the night’s comparisons were spread. Admins only.
Audit logTeam changes in one log, moderation decisions in the other.

A page you are not allowed to use is hidden. Viewers can look. Moderators review, ban, and unban. Admins also manage the team and settings. Owners can do all of that, including making other owners.

The search in the top bar finds a player from any page. It needs at least two characters, and a user ID has to be the whole number.

Practice mode

New projects keep bans inside the dashboard. The top bar shows Bans not live yet. Your team can ban and unban, and nothing happens to players in the game. Admins turn that on later, in Settings, under Apply bans in the game.

The queue fills after the nightly check, once banned players have a record on file. An empty queue on the first day is the normal state. See Review the queue.

A note on the first visit

Overview shows a short guide to this loop. Dismiss it when you know it. How this works in the sidebar brings it back.
