Moderation dashboard
Team
Each project has its own team. A person’s role on that project is what they can see and what they can change.
Roles
| Role | What they can do |
|---|---|
| Viewer | Look through the project. They cannot ban, unban, or change a match. |
| Moderator | Review the queue, ban, and unban. |
| Admin | Everything a moderator can do, plus the team, settings, and the connection to the game. |
| Owner | Everything an admin can do, including making other owners. A project always keeps an owner who has signed in. |
You can give someone a role up to your own. Only an owner can make another owner. Pages a role cannot use are hidden from the sidebar, so a viewer never sees Settings.
Add someone
On Team, enter their email and a role, then Add to team. They sign up at the dashboard with that email, or sign in if they already have an account. The project is waiting for them.
If they have not signed in yet, their row says so. Ask them to use the same email. If they are already signed in on the welcome screen, they can choose Check again.
Change a role from the menu on their row. Remove takes them off this project. They keep their Claymore account, and they can be added again. Leave is the same action on your own row. An owner or admin has to add you back.
What gets recorded
Adding someone, changing a role, and removing someone are written to the audit log, in the team and keys log. Moderation decisions, bans, and unbans are in the moderation log. Both are under Audit log for people allowed to read them.
Connecting the game itself is on the project’s Integration page. For a Roblox game, use the Roblox guide rather than inventing a setup. Admins and owners can open that page.
